The office is located on the property of Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in the 777 building.
Once on the hospital property, follow signs to the Emergency Room or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The office is adjacent to the Emergency Room.
From the South:
I-87N to last exit before bridge (Tarrytown - Exit 9). Turn left at end of exit ramp onto Rte. 119. At bottom of hill (Shell station), turn right onto Rte. 9 (Broadway). Proceed approx. 3 miles north to Phelps Memorial Hospital.
From Sprain Pkwy/Saw Mill Pkwy:
Head north to Taconic Pkwy. Exit at Pleasantville (off the Taconic). At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Rte. 117. Go west on Rte. 117 for approx 3 miles. Stay in left lane (do not exit). Rte. 117 will become Rockwood Rd. At end on road, turn left into hospital parking lot.
From the North:
Take the Taconic Pkwy South to the Pleasantville exit. Turn left at light and travel approx. 2 miles, bearing right at fork in road. At stop sign, turn right onto 117 (to go west) and follow directions above to Phelps Memorial Hospital.
Rte. 9 south to Phelps Memorial Hospital (2 miles south of Ossining).
From the East (White Plains, Connecticut):
Take 287 west toward Tappan Zee Bridge. Take last exit before the Bridge. At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Rte.119. At bottom of hill (Shell station), turn right onto Rte. 9.(Broadway). Go approx. 3 miles north to Phelps Memorial Hospital.
From the West (Rockland):
Take I-87 east across Tappan Zee Bridge. Take first exit after bridge. Turn right onto Rte. 9(Broadway) north. Go approx. 3 miles to Phelps Memorial Hospital.
